BUYER BEWARE! Signed contract for two doors and two windows in August... now its December and Im still dealing with these fools. At first, they did an ok job. As of 11/12 there was a couple of items outstanding. Now its 12/1 and they still havent completed the job. Stay away from these guys... far, far away! Both "general managers" are nasty when you ask them to complete a job in accordance with the signed agreement. If you go with them, hold the check until EVERYTHING is done...If not... It will NEVER get done.

The BBB closed the case because they referred to local licensing agencies. I have received no notice of Westchester closing this case because I am still trying to find someone who will build the custom attic cap that Unified has still not delivered. Try checking your facts again. Complaints about this company are all over the internet. Dont believe a word they write here or anywhere else.

I must share these photos... The HUGE door surround is Unified's idea of a $600 CUSTOM surround (see 1st pic) and not in accordance with contract terms. And, their window install left me with an uneven surface (2nd pic above windows). Fortunately for me I found a REAL PROFESSIONAL to build a true custom surround (see 2nd pic) and the window fix is still in the works. Now... Imagine what my attic cap must look like LOL. Come pick up the worthless piece of junk whenever you are free Mr. Steven DiMare.

Ms. Rachel Romero has now written complaints and reported this complaint to every agency that would allow her to. Her accusations are completely false and whenever we tried to rectify her problems she would sabotage any and all efforts to do so. At this time there is still an outstanding debt to our company. She did report this complaint to the Westchester Department of Consumer Affairs which closed the case due to Ms. Romero's lack of cooperation with their inspector. This fact is documented with that agency and speaks volumes that she could not even cooperate with the agency she contacted for help. Unfortunately when dealing with 6, 000 customers a year you can be assured to run into one customer like Ms. Romero. Our complaint record is one tenth of one percent and we have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I think that says it all.
