Unemployment Insure review: Unemployment insurance fund payout

I was terminated from my job on the 11 January 2022 and applied for UIF benefits sometime at the end of February. I cannot recall the exact date,I had some outstanding documents which I was not able to submit in time, so this application then go cancelled apparently as I didn't reach the due date.

I went onto the uFiling website at a later stage and then submitted a "continuoution of benefits. This was advised by a fairly new agent at the time we told me they are newly employed and I should just bear with them while they tackle the enquiry, only to find out further down the line that what I was advised to submit was incorrect which has already out a delay on things.

I then found another job, but didn't last too long due to personal unforeseen circumstances, which lead to the termination of my contract. I then waited for my last company I was employed at to provide all the relevant documentation in order for me to submit be UIF information. I eventually did so on 23/06/22 and this was confirmed to have been completed on the 15 July already & and would need to be approved by an assessor.

It is now closing the end of September and I am still waiting for my damn payments and struggling to find a job. I literally call every single day to get the same stupid answer that my query will be escalated but NOBODY EVER GETS BACK TO ME... and everytime I'm being told different things, the lines get cut off, I'm being placed on hold for long periods of time, or placed on mute without being aware I'm on mute. Agents are disgusting where respect is concerned. They are so slow and have no sympathy at all. I've literally had it, and just cannot understand how there's never a manager to speak to or why the hell the assessors are taking so damn long to approve my things, live what the hell man
