These scammers got us once, they wont get us again and hopefully we can save you from disaster as well. One of the guys came out to do a quote and our neighbour saw him looking over both shoulders before loading a few of our belongings into his UNCLUTTER GUTTERS van because we weren't home to watch him (unfortunately the neighbour didn't tell us till it was too late, after we got completely ripped off by these scammers). Then we were quoted a price to clear our gutters...well, that was just the start! We're not going to go into the full story on here as we don't wish to identify ourselves to them, as we don't know what these scammers are capable of! JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Otherwise YOU WILL get ripped off.
The worst part is that we found out later that the guy that ripped us off was one of the owners (father and son business scam apparently). If it was one of their staff you may excuse it but we have now found a long line of victims scammed by the same scamming Campbell family. Very sad that they get people's trust, and then do this this them!

The owners are scammers and get on here and plead innocence and blame their competitors.
I also find it interesting that you are using different usernames on here, if you were legitimate why use different alias'?

It appears you may be referring to me? Including yourself there are 5 different people that have posted here, I have posted only once prior to answering your desperate plea. Are we all liars? Are we all opposition gutter cleaners? I think not.
Get back to common decency with people and stop ripping them off you ###, then honest hardworking victims like us wont have to resort to this. I can assure you that if you had not ripped me off I would not be posting this. I tried getting some money back from you but you refused. I am also suggesting that the others that have posted here as well (who aren't me under a different name by the way, I have no idea who they are) would not have posted if they weren't ripped off either!

I really wonder how someone can justify putting such rubbish on such a public platform just to try and dishonor an honest company. If your neighbor witnessed the people blatantly stealing from your house why would they not just simply call the police while the offense was being committed? And not tell you until it is too late to do anything, If you had a credible neighbor/witness and an actual offence committed u can have charges laid on your witness testimony alone. Just because a new company starts and is way more successful than your own does not give u the right to publicly dishonour them! Totally unacceptable for you to name and shame a hard working honest family business to benefit from the negativity you have created. The crime committed is you lying for your own personal benefit! What is your company name I assume u are in the same business as unclutter gutters, just no real idea about running a successful business with honor and integrity! If u can't compete with the competition there is no need to try and dishonor them! Pathetic Complaint with no substance time for you to change your occupation as you obviously can't compete!
Actually you do rip people off you claim to be a small hard working business but you are not an honest business. You have low moral ethics when it comes to business, ripping people off is not always based on prices listed. I noticed your original website for solar panel cleaning was a copy of another companys website except for name change so how can taking someone elses website advertising and posting as your own without paying for it be honest? And yes I did check the other website was the original up and running well before you copied their information posting it as your own. I'm sure you must have been reported to someone to make you change your solar panel cleaning advertising page.

I am the owner and manager of Unclutter Gutters Pty Ltd and I take exception to your bogus reporting. We are a Brisbane based company that prides ourselves on our work and our professionalism. At no time have any of my staff ever stolen anything from a persons property. All of our staff have full police criminal history checks and there integrity is beyond reproach. If the two people who have posted have any genuine complaints (which I doubt as the post has no substance) then they are welcome to contact me directly and I will sort the complaint out straight away. We have never been accused of ripping our customers off, as the prices are listed on our website for all of our works. If extra work is required we always contact the owner and request permission prior to commencing that work. We have never been reported to any authority and our business is used by Federal, State and Local Governments. It is really disappointing to read this as owning a small business is hard work at the best of times, but unsubstantiated and clearly vexatious claims make this even more difficult.
I agree with this post. We got ripped off by this company as well. Dont use Unclutter Gutters or yo will get RIPPED OFF. We have reported them to the authorities and action is being taken.
Stay away from Unclutter Gutters!
