Sir,

As per above Ref. I have purchased the above mentioned Chimney on 13/04/2021 ( 14/04/2021) ,unfortunate the motor of the said chimney has become out of order and found dead.

I have requested vide above service request No. to repair/replace the said Motor. Accordingly your technician from Kolkata Mr. Parekh contacted me over to my Mo. No. and as per his request I have forwarded all the documents like Warrenty Card, Invoice,Dealers Card etc. to his WhattsApps No.[protected] as asked.

But, the technician refused to repair/replace .

Please look into the matter to repair/replace the said motor at earliest.
