This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I am a USN Veteran with 30 years of communications/customer service skills. Working for the outsourced company TTEC on behalf of USAA has marred many of my fellow employees concerns. I was hired to handle deposit servicing needs and received and maintained a 94% of scores for customer satisfaction surveys. As a result, I was then trained in credit card serving. Once again, being dual trained, and an asset to WFM, I was able to maintain a 96% of customer satisfaction surveys. I most definitely enjoyed my job. I was wrongfully terminated by getting a phone call on my scheduled day. No prior verbal nor written warning. You are terminated! Period. Being a remote employee, I advised Teletech, that I could only return my equipment from my home. To no avail, such a request was not responded. I contacted, via email, the manager that had terminated me for a resolution. I was responded with a generic “I’m out of the office….contact Matthew Moats or if unsuccessful, Ms Clarice provided a phone number. I contacted that number after 4 unsuccessful attempts to speak with anyone in management. When Ms Smith answered my call, she proceeded to verbally abuse me telling me how dare I call her personal number. She reminded me that I was no longer an employee and don’t ever call her again. I stated that no one would answer my emails or texts on how to return my equipment. I then advised her that I am under Dr supervision after which she began to laugh hysterically. Coincidentally, I had turned in ADA paperwork a week before my termination. I was humiliated, offended and felt threatened by Ms Smith’s next statement. “We can settle this right now, [censored]. Where do you want to meet?” I was flabbergasted! We exchanged verbal abusive words and the call ended abruptly with me crying and experiencing a severe panic attack.

I am beyond sad, depressed, hurt, overwhelmed and frankly disgusted. I am a Veteran. Then became a USAA member. Then an employee for an outsourced company.

Desired outcome: I would like her to be reprimanded and an apology. I want my job back.
