I ordered a ### from tshirtsiwant.com on October 19th 2010, today is November 14th 2010. The shirt was said to be shipped and to be given 10 - 15 business days for delivery. Seeing its been up to 30 days, I emailed costumer service a week ago letting them know its been 19 day and still nothing has arrived. I was then told to "wait another week" and that it should arrive. I did as they said, still nothing. Today I emailed tshirtsiwant.com back letting them know I would like a full refund for the item, what was I told? "Please give us your shipping address so that we can resend the item." At this point, it just appears that they are stalling in hopes I just give up.
I am writing in anger to complain about ordering a tshirt from this website and nothing has yet to come and they took my money! I'm so angry! They need to take their website off of here and stop stealing! They are stealing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! THEY ARE THEIVES!
You should provide more details - how long have you waited for your order? Have you tried to contact the company? Did you ask for a refund? Right now your complaint just makes you look impatient...
Sorry if you read me type this elsewhere, but I want to share my positive experience with these guys, but i'm too lazy to type something new -
I felt inclined to address the balance after experiencing exceptional service from them. International order to the UK (a Soup t-shirt) was fulfilled well within the desired time frame (for my mums birthday). Upon receiving the item I realised it was too large, my fault for not checking the sizes properly, upon communicating this with them they offered to send me out a new top as a replacement, wonderful stuff, hugely impressed is I.
