TSCC 2698 review: provided a service for one of the townhouse residence

On August 1, 2019 around eleven ish in the morning, one of my Board member seen your technician enter the property to lay some cable for TH 63- 113 the Queensway. They removed the cable pole cover near TH 72 and ran a new cable through the front lawn along the boulevard. The technician was asked by my Board member if they could re-secure the cable pole once they were done. The technician did not re re-secure the cable pole, they damaged/killed the flowers around the box and destroyed the grass. If you would like pictures of the damage please contact me via email and i can provide your a copy.

Management and the Board of Directors would like a response and the replacement of the damaged grass and flowers.
