Software would not convert my data from Pro Series correctly. I contacted their worthless tech support team and they could not make the conversion work. Their solution was basically to rework all my prior year returns to make them work in their software. That was not acceptable so I requested a refund. They refused to refund the purchase price.
MY ADVICE- DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE A LOT BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE! FIND A COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY! I'm sure you can find a better solution!
Continue to receive promises. Am due over $50, 000. No longer receiving email responses. Was told 3party was let go and funds tied up with audit and that was all they could legally say. Money was said to be available this past Friday. I will be going to their office this Thursday or Friday. If no funds paid on spot I will then go directly to district attorney office and IRS CID office as I will consider it felony theft.
I have had constant problems with this program this year and now cannot reach anyone at the phone numbers. The on-line support is not functioning (they are saying it is closed even during the hours it is supposed to be available.)
Repeated messages left with the on-line support service go unanswered.
Every day I try to get help to connect to bank for RALs. Every day I get lied to. They did not submit my original app to my bank of choice, now I don' have a bank. I have been getting the run around for 2 weeks and still nothing DO NOT believe them. They are LIARS LIARS.
Please email bayridgette@yahoo.com. I would like to start a class action lawsuit or at least learn about pending lawsuits. My main concern is to prevent this company's corruption from affecting other innocent people.
What happened to the TRX software program for 2012. They are a complete failure. Nothing works now with this program. All the features they have for 2011 and past several years were completely overhauled. Please bring back your previous program. Fail! Fail! Fail! I want my money back!
