Have Made 3 recent purchases in relation to History Kill product. They will not comply or send the unlock code which is needed. They will not respond to my e-mails or fax messages or phone messages. They have taken my money but will not give me what I have paid for.

This is the person to contact at Trustsoft:

I suggest emailing and calling multiple times to make sure he responds.

I have just purchased History Kill 2014. They did not provide unlock information nor have the responded to 3 emails. Once the free period runs out, History Kill 2014 Hijacks your computer with a reminder banner - which cannot be closed. I thought I would delete HK 2014 until such time as they sent me the unlock info. It is almost impossible to delete! Firstly they insisted in running a scan to show me what I was going to lose if I uninstalled. The results of the scan gave me a heap on nonsense information telling me that all my MP3 files, my ebooks, my family photos, etc were probably illegal. I went ahead with the uninstall - and it deleted all of my MS Office suite, plus Outlook, plus a load of third party applications and add-ons. To add insult to injury, I run AVG Virus scanner every day - the full, purchased version. Yesterday, I had no viruses. Following History Kill uninstall, and the deletion of Office, etc, I ran AVG - it is still going- and it has found 577 infections so far. Trustsoft seems to be a rogue organisation. Do not have anything to do with them.

There is clearly a major problem with History Kill and TrustSoft.com!
I too just paid for HistoryKill 2014 via Mastercard to Drill Logix. I received immediate confirmation of payment but no unlock code. Subsequent emails and letters of demand were sent to billings@trustsoft.com but have been completely ignored. I finally called Chase MasterCard and they took action to deny my payment to TrustSoft.com. This e-commerce company needs to be investigated, shut down, and legally held accountable for robbing so many of us. Who knows what they're doing with your credit card number or Pay-pal information! Is anybody interested in filing a class action lawsuit to bring them to justice? WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE any sofrware products from TrustSoft - They are self-serving scammers!

I paid for HistoryKill 2013 via PayPal, I too received immediate confirmation of payment but no unlock code. Subsequent emails and letters of demand I have sent to TrustSoft are ignored by this company - they do not respond. It appears to be a scam. I hold their business practices and apparent lack of credentials in contempt. Would you believe this is the 2nd time I have dealt with this company, I had a much older version of HistoryKill which initially worked well but when I paid for an update it did not work and I could not track the company down and emails sent were not responded to. I have been slow to learn and will never buy another product from them. I have also contacted PayPal with a request for a refund. It is clear to me TrustSoft are accepting payment but are not providing a product for the purpose intended. It breaches consumer protection laws and I would have thought the company should be prevented from trading.

I paid in full for HistoryKill 2013 via PayPal, received an immediate email confirmation of my payment from PayPal, and then NO Unlock Code since October 14th. Today is Nov. 11th. After five unanswered emails (both to their "support" and "billing" addresses) and two unanswered phone messages to TrustSoft, I'm fed up. If I don't hear back from this company in 24 hours, I will contact PayPal to reverse the charges for HistoryKill. I've been using their products without issue for several years. This total lack of concern for the consumer puts TrustSoft on my list of companies I will not do business with in the future.

It appears there are a great many people who have suffered the same incident that I currently am involved in; I purchased the original HistoryKill in 2009, and it has been active until now, when the update was offered through my e-mail. Once I paid through PayPal, I found that I am unable to acquire an unlock code, or receive a response from the number they provided previously for customer concerns [protected]). I tried contacting them both in the daylight hours and in the evening, and received the same response ("Please leave a message, and we'll get back to you.") I will be contacting PayPal immediately to inform them of this problem, and see about reimbursement in the event I cannot download a functioning unlock code.

A suggestion for all of us and to be a passed on to anyone you know using Trust Soft products: i contact the show American Greed and made a suggestion they look into the company. You can do so by going to American Greed website and selecting contact. The box will come up and you can make the suggestion. The more of us who contact them the more likely they are to look into it. I will also be registering Trust Soft with the Canadian Anti Fraud Center today. If you are from Canada you can do so on the Internet. If you are from the US you must have a national registry as we do here. The more complaints the faster something gets done. We can probably kiss our money goodbye but we can at least do something.

I recently purchased History Kill 2011 from the same vendor (Trustsoft) and experienced the same problem. They do not respond to e-mails, they will not send me my unlock key which I paid for. I would like to take further action against this company and have them banned from advertising or selling any product on the internet in the future. They are totaly dishonest.
