My service had not ended 09/20/2022, straight talk wanted me to install a new sim card, once I installed that card my phone stop working. I have talked to many of their tech support members and have gotten no help. I wanted to go to another cell provider but they won't give me my number back. They give me one excuse after another with still no cell service. Now after they let my service run they closed my account. It has been a month now and still no help.
