Do not trust Toby McCarver as a friend, business partner, or to do any work for you. I started Trick-lights and used my credit to build this company. I had my truck, my trailer, My credit cards. I built this business on my own and He worked for me. We were friends and partners for several years. I also was the one that got all the rally's lined up and all the contacts were my friends because i have been in the motorcycle business my whole life. I was going through a divorce and Toby seen this as an open window to steel my company from me. He talked me into putting the business into his name so that my wife could not hurt the company. I trusted him and did so. He hasn't paid any of the trick-lights business credit cards that he was supposed to have taken with the company. And since september of 2008 he was going to buy me out for what my half of the business was and hasn't done what he said yet. He has stuck me with all the debt from Trick-lights .Even though we were friends for many years it takes a real crook to do this to a friend and i watched him do it to our other friends as well.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I was hired in 2004 as the webmaster of trick-lights.com. When I was hired, Toby and Jimbo were partners and Jimbo was never the sole owner of the business. In fact, Jimbo even admits this on his appearance on American Thunder when he describes the business!
It bothers me that Jimbo says Toby "stole" the business and I can only assume that for some reason Jimbo wants to portray himself as a victim or perhaps he has misrepresented himself to others and now has to continue with this story he's created.
Toby created Trick Lights. Jimbo never gave any input on the website, never handled any online sales, never showed any interest into the online side of their business. And yet, now he's trying to say that he was the sole owner of the company?
Now thats funny comming from a ### who walks away from his own handicapped daughter, He, BIMBO GIPSON, has not seen his child in 10 years. He has not paid a dime to help me (her step father) since 2007he owes well over 10 grand. Dont trust Toby what a laugh your the one who cant be trusted. Any time you want to get together and talk about this like men. Not like a little ### that you are, you just let me know. You know who this is. Dont think you can hide in FL you cant thats my stopping grounds .###
