My car had been hit while it was parked, and a tow truck near by recomended that I use Tower Auto to get a rental by the Companys insurance that hit my car which was a U-hual truck.
After going to Tower Auto they made me pay the initial down payment and the weekly fees myself which turned out to be $400 weekly. After the first week they sent me a text for the next payment which I made 2 days late. After making that payment they shut off the vehicle and now Im stuck to make another #400 payment in a couple of days.
Yet this company advertises on social media for car rentals for $35 a day. This just doesn't add up.
Desired outcome: That they make sure Im reinbursed by the Insurance company, and that I get allowed an extra day of service being that they turned off the vehicle after my payment was made causing an inconvience to my night work schdule.
