Total Insurance Group Cassel, FL review: Health insurance lies

I took out a policy through Total insurance Group which the agent said was a 80/20 policy but that is not what I was given. They clam now it is not an 80/20 policy, but I questioned the agent about the policy before I took it out and was told it covered labs, x-rays, test, and hospital at 80/20 and was a PPO. This is not what the policy really was. I have thousands in bills and they only covered $210. Statements show the charged amount, an ineligible amount (which was almost the whole bill), a discount and says I am responsible for all the ineligible amount. This is not what I was told the policy was. The agent signed me up for some other type of discount policy which I ask if the policy was just a discount and was told no it was a PPO 80/20 covering all things I mentioned above. I pay a premium of $318 for literally no coverage. The company said they did not know the agents name when I complained to them. I feel I was scam by this agent.
