Worst business experience ever.

Keeping it short and simple. We the buyer were trying to purchase something from him just recently. We couldn't come to an agreement about the price. In order to push us to complete the sale, he got aggressive trying to blackmail us (at least it felt like that). Finally later on, we both agreed to cancel everything. Instead of walking away, he decided to express his rage and continued to attack us online so we're doing the same.

The entire experience with Mr. Large was just a nightmare. Anyone thinking to doing business with him, or hiring him should know that you're dealing with someone that I would say is extremely aggressive, selfish, unprofessional, unethical, and could care less about others. He didn't get his way so he went after us.

All we want from him is to close all outstanding issues and walk away. Once closed I will close this and we can both go our separate ways.

Why are we not allowed to write a review but you are? How is that fair for us, the customer?

Toby Large came to us wanting to sell an account that is a violation of the games terms of service to sell to begin with. Basically he wants to sell something he isn't allowed to sell under the agreement and terms of services of the game publishers. We didn't have to do business with him. He came to us. We are his customer, we are the one who is supposed to pay him. We couldn't come to an agreement on the final price in the end and the transaction was cancelled. It should have ended there.

Instead Toby Large decided to go behind our backs, write all the hurtful things he could think just to get back at us for not purchasing something he isn't even allowed to sell.

Your willingness to fight rather than resolve things is why this was posted. We didn't start this, you did. Everyone should know this. We were your customer and you treated us poorly, attacked us, and refused to communicate on a resolution to this matter. Our opinion is everyone should know that if they are doing business with you that they should potentially expect problems. Look at the way you're treating us now still today.

We of course are more than willing to work a resolution, always have been, but we can't do that unless the other party who started this is willing to do the same.

Extortion (also called shakedown, outwrestling, and exaction) is a criminal offense of obtaining money, property, or services from a person, entity, or institution, through coercion.

You clearly don't understand the definition of extortion or what a customer is.

You did post a rebuttal to my Gametag review on SiteJabber. That was "fair", even though your rebuttal was posted over a year and a half later and was completely falsified. My review of Gametag was posted with the events fresh at hand, with no bias, exactly as I described them.

One sided agreement in your favor. I disagree with it not being biased.

You do realize that by restating the obvious fact that selling a game's account info is against the terms of service of the game itself, you're discrediting your company, Gametag, which provides said service? Saying that you were MY customer is laughably incorrect. Gametag provides a service, where you buy game accounts at a low price, then resell them for profit. I was your customer.

You're a vendor, supplier or merchant, not a customer. A customer is a recipient of a good, service, product. The business operations of the company I cannot comment on as this isn't my department. I simply stated the facts.

"You could have simply allowed my review of your extremely poor customer service to remain on SiteJabber, along with your rebuttal, but instead you chose to go to this website and list all personal information you could dig up on me, along with slandering my name with false accusations, almost 2 years after my initial review of your company."

Nothing in the post is slander. Maybe it is to you but we could argue the same thing with what you posted. The time for which this review was posted shouldn't matter. People have the right to post a review years after doing business with a specific party. Can't reply right away,

The way you choose words and define things as a fact rather than an opinion is the definition of slander. Additionally, I disagree that you're being honest. You make it sound like we'll do this to anyone which isn't true. The "construction" mixup which you blew up and made it a big ordeal above which was corrected later, nothing posted can be considered "slander" as I have posted this as an opinion on most of the statements above.

You're the only person I have personally filed a complaint against. Primary reason why I did it is you agreed to remove the complaint. Then you turned around and posted a new complaint. We tried to communicate with you about it sending you emails and reaching you in other areas but you ignored us. All you had to do was respond back to any of those methods of communication and this would have never happened.

You didn't want to reach any agreement with us just like you don't want to now. We would be more than happy to reach an agreement with you still. All you have to do now is respond back and say what will it take to resolve this and we can talk. You don't want to do this. You want to continue to fight. This is why I felt it was best people know about the person you are as you weren't communicated so we had no choice (we gave you months to respond). An aggressive vendor who will attack you if you don't get your way with your buyers.

Just for reference:

"The way you choose words and define things as a fact rather than an opinion is the definition of slander."

Is in regards to this:

"WILL publish your personal information" + other comments

Your response is to continue to fight posting more peoples contact information.

Can't say I didn't try to resolve this but it's impossible to negotiate with someone like you. You want to know why I posted this complaint, one time, just against you. You have your answer. People should know the type of person you are.

Again, for anyone playing catch-up. If you've stumbled upon this page, this should give you some idea about the character of GameTag's employees. They are ###. They can and will post your personal information, along with slanderous lies about you, their customer, if you decide to honestly review their company in a negative light. And they will use your own name as a user name to do this. Let this page serve as a warning to you. I'm reposting any relevant contact information, since tracking down this information is difficult, with GameTag being the cowardly ### that they are.

Again, for everyone who visits this page after checking out GameTag, please understand that GameTag WILL publish your personal information (Addresses, phone numbers, work, education, even pictures from Googling your name) on a page such as this, if you submit an honest negative review about their customer service. GameTag does not consider you to be a customer, as they readily admit here, so they have no qualms about slandering your name. GameTag falsely posted this as a "construction" complaint and then readily admitted afterwards that it's really about retaliation over a negative review I posted on another website. GameTag will even use YOUR OWN NAME to publish your personal information on this site, just like they did here. This entire page speaks for itself. GameTag is a company that is not to be trusted under any circumstances.

This whole page is libelous slander, in an attempt to extort the removal of a negative review I wrote about extremely poor customer service from a company called Gametag on another site. This company has posted a huge amount of my personal information and even used my own name to review myself. They are cowards. They have already falsely threatened me with legal action regarding the review I wrote. This has nothing to do with construction; it's about a sick individual who can't handle negative feedback about his terrible company.

What was the relation between the two? Was it construction or internet service? Thanks.
