The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

For the past 2 weeks I am not able to connecto to the internet, even if I am able to connect, it is for a short while only. The TM technician check my line and says that the signal strength is good, so it is the server's problem. Apparently, he says that stremayx doing some upgrading so might cause the distrubtion. After technician left, he said will inform server people side to do something; so no difference. Then since then, I called Streamyx to check what is the repair status, all they do is change port change port change port change port, seems like they can't think of other reason that might cause the problem. After that no news anymore and worst, operator can't give me feedback on what is going wrong.

Fews days later, thinking maybe is the telephone line that is giving problem, further more there are some noises in the phone line. Hence, called TM, and a service man came to check. He say house connection is fine and he will check outside, if he can solve it he will solve it, if can't he will called the cable man. Few hours later, phone line totally no dial tone. Call TM, and as usual no ones know what is happening, now all they do is just update some crap computer report system and thats all!, they don't know who is the technician to contact, and can't even tell me what is going wrong. If it is a major repoar, at least let me know. No one seems to care and follow up at TM. Worst thing of all, I still need to pay internet and phone bill for almost this half a month of no internet.

Ya I cant watch 360p videos, the Wi-Fi is connected but you cant search, loading speed is slow, takes a long time to upload and download, we pay so much just for this bad Wi-Fi how is this fair? if you cant provide better Wi-Fi just don't provide at all

TM net Streamyx

These company appoint people to hound those who did not pay their bill like ten years ago...because at that time (2002) their service and internet line was so lousy and always changing policies that it became difficult and no point using it ...but they told me I cannot terminate it until I finished one year term. So i have no choice it but to keep the useless thing for one year while they continued to charge monthly. Now after all this time they send letters and crazy lawyers to harass me, block my name and force me to pay them for what service i honest to god don't know what. they are doing it simply because they can and think that they have the power over hopeless people and always wanted to sue everyone but NEVER done an oz. of work otherwise they would know what horrible thing they done to people that depended on our national provider. Same as ALONG. Shame. Another thing internet provider in rural area, a domination of lousyness, again simply because they CAN. Shame, Shame, Shame. SubhanALLAH!

I can say streamyx is the most useless internet provider which never had a time to be stable..i had my 4MB on registration but unfortunately everytime i try to check..it never came up to 2MB..is this streamyx doing services as good as the payment we did?
this problem should pissed all most of the user..this is streamyx not Broadband..lol?
streamyx is giving user a hard time not even lighten up our life.Streamyx community should know this problem for the past 2 years i installed this streamyx..i think i just gave them free money while i cant even play my 4MB streamyx!

My phone line and internet has been interrupted for 2 weeks and TM has the nerves to charge me the whole month's rental. We are paying for their mistakes? They should compensate us back for the 2 weeks without internet and even now I am on Digi prepaid to lodge this complaint! TM Net if you cannot handle so many subcribers, do not be greedy and ask everyone to subscribe to your services. Serve us well, we pay you a lot of money monthly. Do not neglect your present subcribers and go make empty promises to attract more people to fall into your prey! Boycott TM!

Well, i personally think that the problem faced by all of you is small matter compare to mine. I've been waiting telephone port for over 7 months. The branch in KAMPAR (note this) just keep telling me "no port available" for the past 7 months. Its like hell for a final year student without internet access in doing their assignments & final year project-theses. Is adding extra port a high technology stuff that require long period of time? In a developing country? Hell yeah, WAWASAN 2020, 1 MALAYSIA! SCREWed up by TM.

If the rating above got "###ing agree", i would definitely tick as hell much as i could.

The abuse extends to everything - including billing. I got a "normal" reminder phone call that my bill was overdue. warm and nice, no mention of line being cut. I paid on-line within 10 minutues and received e-mail confirmation from my bank. TM did not update the system and 4 days later, they cut my line, without any notice. When I called them and gave payment details, they said it will take up to 24 hours to re-open my line. The service level is slower than the Government Agencies! You can get an International passport in 1 hour, get black-listing uplifted in 2, get road tax in 10 mintues. TM/Streamyx needs 5 days to update!

Complain to the Multimedia Commission. Help break the monopoly/market dominance. These complaints are auditable, and will help other ISPs create competition. Believe in Change!

I'm still waiting for an answer from TM regarding all my "hoo-haa" which has been going on for almost 1 year (including installation and its services) all I get is kicked around the 1300 line, HQ, e-mail correspondent and here and there (well its still going on as I write) If the TM people does see this PLEASE reply me e-mail and PICK up my call

I have some problem with TM service also.
I have register 4MB 140RM/Month but Tm give me 2Mb 140rm/month.
Whenever i complaint to call center. That agent tell me they will upgade for me in 3 day, i wait 1 week still nothing happen.
Then i call to call center again . that agent say they will the technical to check my modem in 3 working day, Then i wait again about 1 month still noth happen.

Sumary: Tm service very very very very Baddddd
Call center they answer call for make customer hang up (or shut up) . not for service ..

Similar issue 16 days now.

-No phone line and no internet connection on 2nd August 2010.
-Made a report on 2nd Auguest - [protected]
-Called service center at least 5 times.
-Service center called me more than 10 times asking if the problem was fixed
-Technician called me once on 14th August 2010 morning asking me to wait at home for him to turn up but I waited until 6pm (whole day) and he didn't call back or turn up
-I also sent the complaint to your twitter account twice @TMCorp but no replies came back.
