TLC taxi & limousine commission review: Scam

TLC ( taxi & limousine commission ) is scamming their own regulated drivers in a "operation" that is basically stealing money from decent hard working Citizens. Undercovers TLC agents pretend they are passengers in order to make For-hire black car drivers fall into The No soliciting or pick up hail passengers violation. The scam has knights towing services as contractors to provide towing, store and afterwards over charge the owners. In the scam, TLC has knights towing services as partners. TLC are setting traps for drivers in order to apprehend their cars and send it to Knights. On top of all impounding illegal fees, TLC is charging vehicle owners 750, 00 dollars "cash only" to aproove the release of the cars. They also are giving fines to the drivers that fall into their trap. None of the owners or drivers are offered a legal defender or council upon the process to retrieve the cars. It is believed that TLC scam is generating more than half a million dollars every two weeks and It is very unfortunate for citizens, legal drivers and the community since the city has thousands of illegal drivers operating full time on a daily basis. How can an institution with law enforcement power set up a scam against the citizens without any respect for fundamental rights of our own great constitution? TLC must be accountable and brought to Justice. Victims of the scam must be reinbursed in full and fully covered to treat eventual health issues caused by the trauma.
We are helpless and hostages of TLC unlawful practices. IT MUST STOP!
