No communication or estimates given prior to work. No prior consent recieved on charges. Quality of work on motorbikes and scooters is embarassing. They guarantee nothing; if you have a problem then you pay twice or go elsewhere. They know there are not a lot of places with their services locally and take advantage of customers -especially young people. I am a parent of a son who has been taken advantage of, overcharged, and verbally degraded when questioning anything. Stay away from this shop. It has been in business for years and the only thing they do well is sell cheap chinese motor scooters.

This is the merchant the parent is complaining about. We ALWAYS obtain prior consent BEFORE doing any work. We do not do repairs for children without the consent of a parent, guardian or other responsible adult. We always provide an estimate. Remember, an "estimate" is just that, not an exact amount. If extra work is necessary, we inform the customer and get consent. The parent of this Young Person has not shown up personally to express their discontent and therefore, has not acted as a responsible parent. We always try to explain to the customer whether we think the bike or other product is worth repairing and sometimes, the customer insists on having the work done anyway. As for the comment that we sell "cheap Chinese scooters". Have you looked around your home and counted how many things are made in the USA? Most of the products you buy today are made in China and other countries, including food, even if the company is a USA based company. Walk into any local Wal-mart, Target, etc. and you will find 95% or more of the products are NOT made in the USA. We sell only products that are good quality. Even "high end" products have problems. You can spend alot more money on "name brand" products and still have problems. Its the quality of service after the sale that counts. If you have a problem, come and talk to us. As you know, we HAVE been here a long time, not because we do shoddy work or sell cheap products. This is because we are experienced, honest and our customers come back because we are trusted. Further, we are proud of our work.
