I tried to cancel this one hour after I spoke with them on the phone. They told me that was impossible as it was already in the system. They could not do anything. I called the next day, and got the same response. I put this into Discover Fraud process, and Discover had them send copies of the Contract Agreement, the IPayment, Thousand Oaks California. (A Century 22 Marketing name appears on that page, 7680 Universal Blvd Ste 565, Orlando Florida [protected]. ) I had never seen these pages listed "Contract Agreement"and "iPayment" and I had never heard of Century 22 Marketing.. As far as I am concerned, they have provided no copy of any agreement to me (until the Discover Card contacted them and they sent them to Discover), they have provided no service, just frustration. I want a refund of my money ($759). I never subscribed to them. They phoned me on a cold call, and I have the "Do Not Call Registry" on both my home and cell phones. This is a scam, a ripoff, and they seem to do nothing. Help, I need this money back.

I was ripped off too. Now that seem to be out of business. None of the phone numbers are in service. Anyone else want to file a law suit? We need to get together.

They keep calling me even though I told them I was not interested and not to call me anymore when they first contacted me over a year ago. They are also calling me on my mobile phone, which is illegal according to FCC rules. What I have done is to enter their numbers (they call from several different ones) into my contacts list with a name. I used TimeshareHotlist for the contact name. You can call them what you want. Be creative. Then when the call comes in, I see who it is from and just don't answer it. I make a quick callback and let it ring once so they will see an incoming call registered in their callerid. If /when they call back, I don't answer it again, but repeat the callback until they get the message that they are wasting their time calling me. The more of their time I can waste the better. Occasionally they call from a new number, but usually it is easy to recognize, and I just add it as another number in the contact list. (I'm stiil working on a solution for Rachel from Cardholder Services. j)

I too was scammed by these ###! Stay away from this company. They did and said exactly what JohnD55 said and I felt for it. Now, after 7 months after signing with them, I can't even find my property listed on their site.
Just hang up the phone as soon as you hear it's them!

This company is a big scam they run a boiler room in a fancy office with computer,
they deliver only 30% of the time on their promises. They are scam artist, you must be
asking your self how does this guy know this about that company as your are reading this
the reason that i know that are a scam is because i worked for this company for over six month
they promised me i would make $1000 a week in this job but thats not true because their leads are
cramp. we pass the phone to each other and we say that you are now speaking to the Director of inventory
which is garbage because there is not such position at the company. my coworkers make outrageous claims like
the orange county convention center is having a major event and they are requesting a room at your resort
and once you signup with us you would get your timeshare rented or sold which is a lie. i advice you to stay away from
this company which is also known as century 22. if anyone tells you they were pleased and they did a good job they are lying to you they probably work for that company and were told to write that comment lol. Alan and Tony are the biggest scam artists in this industry alan is the owner by the way.

You should check out easytimeshareresales.com They offer a way cheaper and better solution. And unlike these guys they are very fair and provide great service and extreme knowledge when it comes to renting or selling your timeshare. I think we pay a small fee a month until it sells or until we cancel. It is totally different than everyone else and it works.
