**I KNOW THIS IS GOING TO BE A LOT TO READ, BUT IT COULD SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!**
I hate to admit this, but I am a former employee of Audit Recovery Systems (ARS). When I was first hired by this company I thought I was going to be helping people recover money from scam companies. But it only took a short amount of time for me to discover that I had actually been hired by a SCAM COMPANY. This company contacts mostly the elderly claiming they can recover money for them that has been taken by dishonest listing companies. ARS in fact will get money back on your card, but it will only be a temporary credit. After a couple of weeks, then the credit card company will reverse it. The credit card company will always unfortunately favor these dishonest listing companies, because these companies bring in millions of dollars, and the credit card companies get a percentage of that, so when they give you your money back, they are losing money also. The owners constanly told their employees to not worry about the permanent credits, to just focus on the temporary credits. ANy company that claims they can get money back for you is lying because all they will do is get that temporary credit. ARS gets the temporary credit, then they will charge their 50%, then the credit you had WILL BE reversed and you will be out the 1st amount and then also the 50%. Recently this company was shut down by the department of agriculture for operating illegally without a telemarketing license. Unfortunately for us its only temporary. They have paid their fees and as soon as they get their license will be opening back up. I have heard rumors from an inside source that they might be opening back up under the name AUDIT RECOVERY PROS. But I assure you, they can change their name, they can change location, but if the same creeps are running this company it will ALWAYS BE A SCAM. Barry Rothberg, J Rothberg (ALSO GOES BY A FAKE NAME PAUL SIMON), Alan Niskar, and Wayne Krebs are the owners. Also there is an employee who is the niece of Barry and she goes by miltiple names. Jennifer Veazey, Jennifer Rosenberg, Ilene Rosenberg, Ilene Rothberg, Ilene Veazey. She brings in more money for the company then all the other employees combined. That means she scams more money from people then all the other employees combined. The next few examples are simply to show you what kind of people you would be doing business with. All of the owners do drugs in the office and with some of the employees. J Rothberg (owner) asked some of the employees to break a federal law, and when they refused, he kicked their office door in (putting a hole through the door) coming in screaming and throwing things. Also J has been known to chase a former employee out of the office trying to hit him with a baseball bat.
Working for this company was the biggest mistake of my life! So by writing this I am hoping to right some wrongs. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! My best advice to forget about the money you have already lost. Dont take a chance of losing MORE money. Always read things before you sign it, if you have questions get a second opinion from someone you trust and you know cares about you.

You are still receiving calls from them? If it has been within the past month and your sure its audit recovery systems, contact the department of agriculture and get them shut down permanently for operating when they were ordered to shut down.

Based on my experience at ARS I can tell that the "satisfied employee" may very well be J Martyn Rothberg. Mr Rothberg is no stranger to drug abuse, this might explain why his sentences dont make sense. He speaks very much the same way.

Some interesting things people would want to know about ARS.

Not only are they still operating, (regardless of the DOA warning) they can and will go to jail as these actions are considered a felony.

They have it clear in their contracts that even if your "temporary" or "conditional" credit is reversed, they do not owe you your money back because you agree that they have earned their fee. WHY?! What they did has not worked for you, so why on earth should they keep their fee?

They collect money from the work force alliance for their employees, twice for their niece Jennifer Ilene Rosenberg Vasquez Veazey, under two different names. She also collects disability and unemployment. Talk about screwing the system! She also collects for her husband as well. She also has her highschool dropout son working and scamming people too. GREAT ROLE MODEL, Karma is a ### and I am not talking about your little flea bitten rat!

This is our tax dollars at work! This is why I have forwarded this information to the authorities.

This is only part of the legal trouble the Rothberg & Rosenbergs will face.

J Martyn Rothberg, on his third DUI is desperately trying to avoid jail time. When he is not driving under the influence of prescription pills you can find him on ashleymadison.com

They will go to jail one way or another, neither J Martyn Rothberg or Jennifer Ilene Rosenberg Vasquez Veazey have any regard for the law.

I am an elderly person who has been a customer of Audit Recovery Systems myself. 8 mos ago they had gotten thousands of dollars back for me from unscruplos timeshare resell companies that say they where advertising for me and only steal my money "REPEADTEDLY". Not to mention the merchant accounts and banks that favor and support these dishonest scam companies. I have not had any problems with their company nor their ethics. Jay spent several hours on the phone with me over a course of a few weeks just helping me to protect myself from future predators "THAT WAS WORTH EVERY DIME THIS COMPANY WAS PAID"! not to mention retreiving what they could from the mess I was in and not asking for one penny until they did retreive my money back. What other company is willing to take nothing up front and work hours on a case of phone calls, letter writing and investigating on someone's behalf and possibly not get paid all the while! Thank God they did!

Shame on you young man for your disgraceful post on what has been my experience to be an ethical company. This nation is messed up over employees like you. I'm sure if you take that attitude into your next job you'll become disgruntled with them as well!

Christina Rivera you make me want to throw up. If you and the other spent your day doing your job and not on facebook just maybe you would actually learn something. Can't believe you could never make one training class and Andrew you are useless like your friend. I couldn't be happier you have not been invited back. I mean right Adam. Tell your boyfriend she can't back and stop poisoning the staff with her treats because they taste like crap much like your attitude

ARS has made no calls to soliciting business as I am an employee as well
And we were told until we completed the administrative review
There was to be no calls whatsoever. Be careful that the person you are speaking to can supply you with their license number and then check the employee with the company. Based on my experience, a company does not offer health insurance, life insurance, breakfast, lunch, and other incentives. I have been treated with respect and when I had a grievance with an employee the issue was handled by HR. In a time of such hatred toward this industry it is certainly not my intent to hurt my customers; I have 3 girls I go home to each night and when I close my book for the day I know that I did my job and the support staff around me did theirs. I welcome anyone with such a misconception to call in and just talk. I think you'll find that employees that don't do their job and can't manage their cases don't last long and hence become disgruntled, vindictive, and slanderous. The fact is there is a process to an audit and not just a phone call for a quick credit. Most cases take between 3-5 months not one phone call or letter.

Try to do something with your life other then to slander a company you obviously are only further causing confusion while telling a victim they have no rights and to forget about everything. I wish I had your money to pay someone to sell my timeshare only to completely lie about it. Shame on you and get a life JenReub
