We contracted with Timeshare Cure on 4 March, 2012 to transfer ownership of our timeshare with Diamond Resorts Int. at a cost of $4602.00. They have not transferred that timeshare as promised in over eleven months when it was supposed to be done within 30-45 days.

We contracted with RMA - Pacific Transfer on April 27, 2013. We paid $4, 690.00 to get rid of two timeshares. They did get rid of the Ridge Tahoe that was 4 or 5 diamond resort, but not the Thunderbird in Sparks NV. They told us this would take 3 to 6 months. It is almost 2 years, I am still paying maintenance fees. Now they want to say I am out of compliance that I didn't send something to them in time in 2013. Everything was mailed back to them with in 1 to 2 weeks. Now they want to say that there is no 3rd party interested in this property. That was not in the deal to get rid of the property. My husband as had cancer during this time and this stress is not good on him, what can I do? I have phoned them numerous times and I can't even get them to phone me back. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes on hold last week and then the woman told me that I was out of compliance. This is a lie. I have contacted the CA Attorney General, can you do anything to get this done? QM Resorts that have the Thunderbird said that we are not the only person having this problem. I am waiting to hear from the Attorney General and am thinking about starting a class action suit.
