Tidal Music App – Fraudulent billing

I got a free trial offer with the purchase of a pair of Sony Noise Cancelling headphones, At the end of the offer, they charged me a $19.99 monthly subscription fee. I cancelled it. They charged me anyway - for 3 more months. Their customer support is THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. They only communicate via email, they refuse to refund me any money, they can't find my account, they use every excuse to not find my accounts, or refund me, their responses contradict each other. It is a complete & total SCAM. I have months worth of email correspondence to show their complete lack of customer service & conflicting responses.
