STOP! Don't file anything with this firm!
Complete and utter disaster. My accountant was mad at me after I paid money to file a Bankruptcy with some company I learned about on the radio. She had a list of attorneys that are reputable.
If you're still considering giving this company your money (they were still doing loan modifications which I learned after the 20 calls I had to make to get a status on my file) you deserve what you will get.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
True Criminals - please help with any comments, this firm and Mr. Giordano, I use Mr. loosely, he is an actual Piiggg! Are Monsters, they are robbing innocent homeowners blind (using the legal system) who are looking for help.
Complete idiots -- complete fraud! I'm not sure Thomas P. Giordano even exists. Paid over $12, 000 to "save" our home + 1 small rental home against Chase. Took our hard-earned money. DID NOTHING. After 12 months of DOING NOTHING they forced us into a BK7 after charging us for a BK13 -- but since we had too much in ARREARAGES -- gee, since they DID NOTHING for over a year -- And I've lost my vehicle after paying $20k FOR IT. I've filed complaints with State Bar, Attorney General, and US Trustees office. This guy & his minions are outright CRIMINALS!
This company is a complete "FRAUD"! We went with this company after being scammed by 3 other companies! They had us come down to the office told us how they would be able to save our home and that since the other Attorney had filed our Bankrupcy paper work wrong that they would also handle that. They told us that filing chapter 7 would save our home. They LIED! We found out that they did nothing but sabatoge our case. They never notified us that we had to go to court to Contest our Relief of Automatic Stay to the courts that would of saved our home, Armando who was suppose to be there Modification negotiator sabatoged us to our lender by stating that we could not afford our home, I found this out after the lender had called us telling us that this is what they were being told. We had then Called this company for 2 1/2 months with them hanging up on us not returning our phone calls and Alex who is suppose to be the supervisor Never returning our calls! Do not go with this company they are a complete FRAUD! It is a nightmare we are filing fraud charges against them in court and make sure that they get what they deserve!
