On July 1st 2023 I was on thegiftcardmall.com and placed a order for $400 gift card and in the process my died and I was unable to get a order number so I assumed it didn't go through for some reason but an hour later I checked my prepaid card and there was a transaction for $406.95 and so I made the first call of 4 in that day to be told the order did not go through and when I questioned why I was than charged I get hung up on. July 2nd 2023 I have made 3 additional calls and again I'm told there is no order because it didn't go through and this time I asked for a manager and am hung up on. I have uploaded a itmage proving I was charged
Desired outcome: I would like my money back
