I had ordered a strut for a vehicle and it came in Thursday August 25, box had a tear, not a big deal it’s a solid metal part. When the part was examined after opening, it was wrong. I had ordered a Monroe 72212 and I got he 72211, which is for the passenger side not driver. I sent an email with pictures, no response and I have tried calling again and again with no response. Spent nearly $200 for a part I cannot use
