My name is Dr. haleh Kassiri I went to your store in park Royal on June 2nd and after much anticipated waiting to be served, purchased a coffee table and two end tables, I was told they arrive on the 12th, I waited and waited until June 15, nobody ever called or informed me about the delay, I finally called and was told there is a delay and my items will be in sometimes between 20 or 21, u can imagine the anger and dissatisfaction it caused me, so much for customer service and communication! I had planned a party at my place which consequently had to b cancelled and postponed! I asked to speak to supervise r or the manager, again I called on 20th and was told that my end tables are in but my coffee table is not, u can understand I was so so so angry at this point and ready to cancell my order I asked manager or supervisor to call me, to my knowledge no one called back, next day I called and spoke to mana and Matthew the manager and expressed my disappointment and frustration and was told that no ur coffee table is here but ur end tables are not, so different people, different story!, I spoke to Matthew and asked him bcuz of all the agoney and trouble I had gone through they should do something, we agreed that the store will install my table and give me some credit, u understand, I had to cancell my family get together which I was planning for weeks and I had to arrange for a pick up several times. any ways I finally went and picked up my table which was supposed to be assembled and ready to go, when I brought it home yesterday, and start unpacking it I realized it is not properly fixed the screws were very loose at the bottom, there is two big scratches on the bottom of my $300 coffee table, I have. Picture of all of it, right away I called and asked to speak to Matthew and he was gone for the day I left a message for mana to call me back, today 24hours later no one has called me yet, I am soooooo soooooo angry and frustrated and disappointed at your service, ur product and all and all, I will never go back to your store and will never recommend it to any one, this has been like a nightmare to deal with your staff and sales people, I run a multi million dollar business and I found this level of service and sale truly unacceptable, I was flabbergasted when I came home, I would like you to look into this matter and make me happy, I still have to go back and pick up my end tables which are delayed untill July 5-12 as I was told yesterday I don't get it even if they were coming from China or soudi Arabia by ship they would have made it here! Have you any ideas the pain and suffering your stores are causing the clients! I want some one from you head office to call and resolve this matter asap! I would like my money refunded! I am truly truly unhappy and affected by everything that has gone on! I can send you pictures of my purchase as well.
At the end customer service and feed back is worth thausands of dollars!
