On May 11th I called and a work order was started for our Air Conditioning. Finally on May 20 a service person came out from Tesseract Heating and Cooling to evaluate our problem. He diagnosed that we needed a compressor. The part was not ordered until Friday May 27th. The part was received Wednesday June1st. I was told they would send someone as soon as they received the part, due to the urgency of my husband and myself being elderly in our 70s we would be a priority. I was told when the part came on Wednesday that the could not install until Saturday. One of your agents called and tried to get it installed earlier and the woman told your agent she would try and get it installed Friday if she could move some things around. I tried to call to see if she was able to change, but voicemail was full and text sent with no response. Then Friday late I received a message they would install Saturday at 6:30 am. We waited all day and nothing. I text she responded he was running late. Well it is now Monday June 6 and still no repairman no phone call and no response to my text.! You agents have tried and received no response to phone calls or emails. I need to speak to a Field Manager so maybe we can have part picked up and installed by someone else. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I have two accounts with you. Been a customer for 20 years and never have I had such a problem. PLEASE Help!
