On 5-16-22 I signed a contract with TDS Holdings to buy my property. On 6-14-22 I found a new place and asked for my money. Terrance Slade refused to pay. He had lied in saying TDS Holdings was the buyer. He was the front for any potential buyer that he did not yet have. That was not in the contract. His excuse was due diligence had to be done (but he was not going to do it as it costs money and he needed a client to pay for it). In other words, he was preventing me to selling to another. I am in an area that developers are buying up. An attorney had given me an addendum to add to the contract (which said I could live here until I found a new home) and T Slade said he had no problem with that on 6-9-22 but never signed it. Then when a buyer came along (offered less and would not agree to my living there) he said he never agreed to me staying there until I found a new home - that it was not realistic. I refused that offer. I lost 2 potential homes (they were hard to find as I needed a fenced in area with a barn) because he would not fulfill his end of the contract (pay me after I signed the contract and found a home). He could not because he did not have a buyer (which was not part of the contract). When I realized he had been lying to me (TDS Holdings was not the buyer) I advised I wanted to withdraw from (requested to withdraw 5-23-22, 6-15-22 and 6-22-22) the contract. I had found 2 homes and he refused to pay me. Terrance Slade said I was not able to end the contract as I had signed it. He said I had 2 options. We could work together (I thought we had been) and he could rework a new agreement (which he never did) or He would file the contract with the county which would prevent me from selling my home until we came to an agreement. That is a threat. And he committed fraud by saying TDS Holdings was the buyer but was not the buyer (he needed to find a buyer but that information was not in the contract).

Desired outcome: That the contact be null and void and not enforceable
