I hired Terracon to do a Phase I and Phase II. But they made mistakes and were unprofessional. Their service tech lied. Then their office manager tried to cover up their mistake. I considered filing a lawsuit against them. I contacted David Gaboury, their president and CEO. No response. No satisfaction. They have zero integrity and are not someone to work with.

I hired them to do QC materials testing - I noticed that their technician was leaving during the grading operation. When confronted he said that he had to go to other jobs. I asked the office manager why he wasn't present on my site and was told " we do that with all our guys, they test to keep the earthmovers in line." Long story short, they were billing 8 hrs but only present for 4 hrs. My site was graded improperly, now I have settling issues and only 1 of the planned 4 buildings can be built. My company will need to sue in order to recoup our losses.
