I purchased a mini split air conditioning system from Tempzone of South Dade, Inc. It was installed on November 15, 2021 into a rental cottage I own. On June 23, 2022 I notified Tempzone that the unit was no longer working. On June 26, 2022 the Tempzone technician diagnosed the problem as a bad valve that needed to be replaced. On July 6, I was notified by the technician that the valve had arrived and that he would be out to install it and repair the unit in the "next day or two." As of July 28, no one has come and the unit has not been repaired. 25 calls and texts to both the technician and to the company's main office have not been responded to. The rental unit is vacant, and I have been trying to work inside to get it ready to rent, but without the A/C working it has been too hot to work inside for more than a couple of hours. It is also not possible to show the unit to potential renters since the A/C is not working. I am so frustrated with Tempzone of South Dade, Inc.
Desired outcome: I want them to honor their warranty and repair my unit. But now they are costing me $1,100 per month lost rental income while I am waiting for them to do what they committed to do when I purchased the unit from them.
