Tempstar Heating And Cooling review: Amanda furnace

I have a furnace under warranty and is only two years old! The condensor motor is shot and water is pouring out the back and all over the floor

In turn parts are getting wet ! Shawn will not return phone calls since October! Please help me with this! The furnace is 2 years 7months old and is under warranty for parts and labor for a few years yet!
