Telecom Group review: Calling harassment from telecom group.

I want these idiots to stop calling me at all hours of the morning, afternoon, and evening. As soon as I block a specific number they change to another number and start harassing me. I'm not the least bit interested in changing services or carriers. I just want to be left the hell alone. When I try to call them back I can't. I only get a recording that says leave a message, OH!, YOU CAN'T, their mail box is full. Hell it's always full. This is nothing more than a way for them to harass me to death without me being able to defend myself in any shape form or fashion.
Is this the type of behavior you major carriers condone? If you do, then shame on you for allowing people under your employ or subcontract to harass senior citizens.
