Incident: The taxi suddenly tries to cut out from another lane which i was driving on and almost hit my car. Then the taxi chases from behind and stops beside my car to start shouting. I open up my window to listen what he had to say..he cursed & shouted at me..then he spitted toward my car..so i stop the car to question his behavior..then he took out a steel bar.. i was worried by his unprofessional & gangster behavior..then i took a photo of his vehicle and face..i left the place immediately after that

i really cant stand for the teksi driver at Kelana Jaya LRT station. They charge me RM 7 from Kelana Jaya station to the Kelana Jaya Medical Center. The distance just about 5 mins. . They refuse to turn on the meter and said this is the fix price.
I really unhappy and angry when every teksi drive at there charge not according to the meter. They ruin everything and they even stop me when i try to go in the teksi that charge according to the meter.

Dear concerned:
Before writing this comment I thought I was the only unlucky person but I'm wrong. This is because there are so many people facing similar issue taking taxi back from lcct.
My wife & I took a flight back from Phuket to lcct on 27feb ETA at 11.15pm. We managed to buy a ticket for budget taxi back to puchong and catch up the taxi at 11.54pm. When we are going to board to the taxi, the taxi driver refused to service because if reach 12pm they can charge more. He pointed me to other taxi but other taxi driver also refused for the same reason.
Finally, a ticket picker, tear my ticket and passed to the first taxi driver I mentioned just now. The malay taxi driver, in his 50's with white mustache all over his face, looked like unhappy and mumbling.
So, when get into the taxi, my wife requested him to switch the air conditioned in higher mode because it's very hot. The driver, in angry tone, saying that the air conditioned already broken. My wife then said can open the window? He refused, saying that last time back in old school training under hot sun also not complaining hot. Then he said he is angry.
We stunned and asked him why. He said he got to work at this late night and bla bla bla. We thought he might be angry because we came just before midnight causing him loss some midnight charges.
This, driver, with registration number HWD 304, speeding along the road with at least 140km/hr. my wife was so worried and we hope we can reach ASAP. In the middle of the road, we tell the driver the direction but he was not respondent, maybe still angry.
Finally we reached saying good night to the driver, still he was not respondent.
Can you imagine how rude and impolite of the driver...
If I was the tourist, just imagine how it can spoil our country image?
I really hope lcct taxi community can have a tighter requirement to recruite driver.
The most important is who can cater for customer safety and polite.
And, I really hope these drivers will not risk customer life on the road
And, the taxi driver who I mentioned just now, Sabarlah... Janganlah macam ni, fikirlah keselamatan orang lain Dan keselamatan diri sendiri...

I would like to draw a public attention about the incident where I have encountered badly for my family.
I want to lodge a complaint on 27 Oct 2011 (Thursday) against a rude and inconsiderate a Malay men (age around 30-40years old, height around 160cm, dark skin) a taxi driver work for Mesra Indah Jaya LCCT, with the number plate WHD4250, premier car (black colour), me and my family got into this premier taxi from LCCT to Sg Long (Malaysia) we bought the ticket from LCCT taxi counter (inside arrival hall) AT 1.27PM, ticket price of RM100.90, ticket no. SG9SP, package: Premiere.
When the driver sent us to the Sg Long at 2.30pm then he didn’t know the direction exactly, neither me, then he started angry and mumbling after the first wrong turning, then he refused to listen to us anymore just right after 5 mins and INSISTS NOT TO STOP THE CAR immediately to seek for help from someone (we have passed by security guard house) Then the driver asked us to get off of this car at the road side (still inside Sg Long), after I and my mother begging him again and again not to do so, then he keeps driving and don’t bother what we said, and drove the car angrily and heading to the Petronas at Taman Rakan and requested us to get down from the car right now at the Petronas station without hesitating.
I replied to him that I have paid the taxi fare of RM100.90 and he should send us back safely to our house at Sg Long instead but the driver said he didn’t earn much at all, wasted his time right now and he want to rush back to the airport again, then suddenly he got one condition and said if we paid him another RM50 again then he will send us back to the Sg Long, and we tried to negotiate to reduce the price to RM20 but he rejected then walk out from the driver seat straight away and heading to remove all my luggages and just left them and all of us at the Petronas cashier then he just left like that.
I was holding my baby (2 years old) with my parents who are more than 70years, and this driver never considerate our situations at all and just ABANDON us in the Petronas station then drove away.
Can’t you all imagine I was so helpless and disappointed at that time why I met up with this cruel driver?

I hope the public aware of this when you wish to take a taxi from this company at LCCT: Mesra Indah Jaya
