Tada Kennels Tanya Bertzyk review: Akc dog breeder

Unfortunately my experience has been a bad one and I would not recommend this breeder to anyone. I purchased two puppies from this place the first one is a saint she's amazing. I even posted a good review.. The only good review for a new breeder. I thought paying the extra money would be worth it to get another puppy from this breeder because I was so happy.

Unfortunately this has been a nightmare experience and I would warn anyone not to go with this breeder. I grew up with dogs i've raised many puppies i've never had this terrible of an experience. The dog ended up with a personality disorder which is a special needs dog there's just no way they didn't know beforehand. I was not at all made aware of this at any point and with a couple cute videos and pics how would anyone guess? She was also mistakenly over vaccinated something that was not divulged until after payment had been made in full and on the day she was dropped off literally after she had already put her in my arms. With a good luck attitude. After only two weeks of hell I finally contacted the breeder not knowing what else to do just wanting to return and refund on a situation there's no way they didn't know about her being special needs ahead of time. I was adamantly refused while I was being polite and apologetic but just asking to work this out. She then said she would only give me a refund on what her dogs were worth now? To my surprise it was not even half what I had paid. I told her I took out a loan, bought supplies etc. This obviously was a problem ahead of time I wasn't at all made aware of and I just wanted to return the puppy for a refund on the amount I paid. She was very negative and rude while I was just begging to work this out over a problem I should have been made aware of ahead of time.

Most high end breeders want happy customers and happy puppies and have a 30 day refund/ return policy. Unfortunately what it seems to boil down to is instead caring about her dogs or even a client that has returned it's all about what money she can make. I am shocked to have such a terrible experience especially being a repeat customer and formerly her only good review. I feel like I definitely overpaid in general after not being informed at all about the dogs issues up front even about the over vaccination until the day of hand off after I had already bought supplies, taken out loans, paid in full online because I had had a good experience prior and trusted this person. Unfortunately with a heavy heart I have to say that this is a breeder that doesn't seem to value even her return clients experience as well as her animals. I would absolutely and unfortunately not recommend this experience on anyone else. I feel that I way overpaid for a puppy that is special needs. Regretfully after trying to work it out with the breeder quietly I am posting this review to warn others. Save your money this is a breeder charging upscale prices without an upscale product or service at this point I definitely wish I had gone elsewhere. I finally no longer trusting the breeder gave up the money and found the puppy a decent home where they can work with her special needs personality. Now I am out thousands because I trusted not being screwed over. If you are looking to buy from this breeder I would very much caution you to go with a breeder that actually cares about her clients and puppies and wants to do right by both parties.
