In September 2021 I returned a faulty tablet to Tablets-World. This item was in warranty and had only been used a few times. I sought and followed their advice on how to ship back the faulty item and obtained a tracking number of RN725579960GB. The package arrived at Tablets-World on 28th September. After many chasing emails I still have not received any correspondence from them stating when I will be sent either a new or repaired item. I have now requested a refund but yet again it all seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Absolutely a sham of a company and I believe their reviews must be fake too. I am so sad to think I may be out of pocket by £168 as well as the £25 cost incurred to return the item. This is money which I can well afford to pass off as a bad experience.

I just don't know where I go from here in trying to receive a refund.

Same with me. PayPal does not make it easy either. I ordered x2 tablets that I found to be defective. To return it, I have to pay for a registered parcel back to China and this postage amount is not recoverable. I paid $330 for the 2 tablets. I ask PayPal I can get the postage back but this was ignored. If I return it, I would lose 1/3 of the amount I paid. Whilst waiting for the reply, the complaint was concluded without any action from PayPal. It’s a disappointment. I ended up with a 3 faulty tablets I do not want! Bad experience.
