Ah yes the story of Sprint phone taken over by T=TERRIBLE - Mobile as in 11 years no problems with my Virgin Sprint and Assurance once I retired but now since 2021 with T-Mobile 7 now going on 8th. failure of Warranty replacement phones as #5 SCHOK warranty phone stopped ringing and built in battery charges, phone is hot to the touch and drops from 100% to less than 50% battery life in 30 minutes! So just sent e-mail to T-Mobile department head asking WTF is with the phones you supply as I swear they buy seconds with known defects and hope that they'll last which if you search SCHOK Assurance phones there is an extreme failure rate on them all! Oh and I told them in Manilla Philippines "NO MAS-SCHOK!"

Desired outcome: FCC SHOULD INVESTIGATE THEM FOR FRAUDULANT OPERATIONS AGAINST DISABLED AND DESTITUTE PEOPLE THAT ONLY WANT A PHONE THAT WORKS AS VIRGIN SPRINT WAS GREAT UNTIL TAKEN OVER BY T=TERRIBLE MOBILE
