I only had the SupportPlus Ellipse 1GB portable MP3 player for a week, and I couldn't get it to work so I took it back. The main problem seemed to be the completely useless instructions which gave no clue as to how to use the thing. I'm no technophobe, and quite happy to work things out normally, but this nearly got thrown in the fire. After a couple of hours I managed to work out how to download music but that wouldn't play, even old stuff originally copied from a CD. Because of the useless instructions, and despite trying relentlessly, I never managed to copy from a Hi-Fi, which is supposed to be one of it's main advantages.

I only wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! My 99 year old mother asked me to please place an order for because she could not make the representative understand her nor understand the representative. I called, placed an order for a product my mom uses daily. The order came within a week. But only received 2 out of the six items she ordered, but the rest would be shipped separately. Three weeks later I called to report we still had not received it. Was told because hers was a rather large order, it must have been overlooked. Mom was completely out of the product and was told they’d ship it over night. Received one of the remaking four next day, but then nothing. Called again a week later, it had been shipped previous day, give it a couple of days. Now TWO weeks later (original order placed SIX weeks ago) I cannot make any of their representatives understand we did not originally order only two bags. They say they sent an extra one ( the overnight shipment) and the order is completed. I’ve told them she has been billed the ENTIRE order six weeks ago and the amount. They then started with “order is completed” again. I asked them why there’s a second shipment on her account for the remaining items, then they tell me wait a few more days! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I applaud people who’s first language is not English and are just trying to make a living. But when they cannot understand what I’m saying, I blame the company for putting them in that position. I have called her credit card to cancel their payment!

I ordered two pairs of the support plus compression stockings and the total for those stockings were $33.98 plus &4.41 for tax. I was charged a whopping $22.98 for postage and handling! This is ridiculous that’s nearly as much as the merchandise! There has got to be a more economical way to do business with you! It will be quite some time if ever before I order anything from support plus!
