Unfortunately, our company was scammed by Super tweaks, an order of more than 600gbp on car parts. First we had quick replies on emails until we sent them the payment by bank wire (TransferWise). After more than one month, we asked them for the parts and they start being upset and canceled the order. Now they don't reply anymore and didn't send the parts or refund. This is the common procedure on companies Emoto UK and now SuperTweaks (now we have checked reviews on these companies).

We're in Dubai and placed an order with this company. The emails they have sent to us after we realized we weren't receiving the orders were laughable. Like Nigerian Prince Lottery email laughable. They threatened to contact the UAE police...because we canceled the order WE ALREADY PAID FOR. I'm struggling getting our bank to do the chargeback. This is owned by a Huamsin and when I contacted them, they acted like I was insane that I reached out to them even after I showed them on the ST website it says they own it.
Everybody thats been scammed by these degenerates David webb Tal Jhonathon Webb they own supertweaks and they own teaked automotive and the scruffs have recently opened a USA shop more than likely to ripp of that side aswel now. They are also into crypto scams 1 pretends hes from ledger the uncle sits in the next room pretending to from a crypto security firm They pass a fake code between themselves to lure people in and drop there guard. Theyre absolute scamming scum just be wary.
Report them to each of these It doesnt take long But the more people report these this family of degenerate scruffs the better.They know who they are so please take 10 min out and report them thoroughly. It will be worth it.

Also if your in the uk report them to the police for fraud. peronally they forged our signatures and totally faked an invoice which is obviously illegal. They seem to do this alot. Read everybodys cstories theyre all the same nothing arrives they get cocky and arrogant tell you to go away give you a fake refund email with no details on it. then they either abuse you through email and threaten you or completely blank you whilst they spend your money...absolute degenerates and scammers.Ive heard from the grapevine that theyre selling drugs from their unit aswel. They have a well earnt reputation in the motor industry as scammers to avoid at all costs. superscammers or superscruffs they go by.

Was just about to spend 1k on parts, the shipping to Australia was $5, that's when I got suspicious. Thanks you all for the reviews and trying to keep the place honest. Sorry to the ones that had to find it out for us.
I would have preferred to have read this page before ordering the spare parts. Unfortunately, I ordered the parts in January 2023 and they were never shipped. Instead, I was continually asked to be patient and wait. After waiting for three months, I requested a refund, which has still not been received. It has now been five months since I placed the order, and I am considering reporting this situation. The authorities should intervene by shutting down the website and arresting those responsible.
I had same ordered some performance air filters ,paid for them had e mail after couple of weeks saying order processed. Nothing arrived i sent e mail asking where are my filters, they replied order cancelled, i replied asking why, they replied saying not to contact them as i was rude? Keep away this company is dishonest.

They did exactly the same with me...This is there go to method once you start asking where the parts they claim youre being rude and just freeze you out send you a cancelled order post with zero details on there and thats it.Theyre known as superscuffs or superscammers throughout the industry they also own tweaked automotive same issued there and they own xo investments...The company is run by a family of scammers david webb johnathon webb and david webb snr they are also involved in crypto scams they pretend to be from ledger and a designated crypto security department and they pass a code them selves and the victim to lure people in and then youve guessed it they have a secure wallet..They tell you your wallet is compromised and you need to move into a secure 1 which they have on hand and will send you the details. They do all the fake security checks and you wouldnt beleive the lengths they go to to sound legitimate. Do not use this company...They are a family of scammers and degenerates. You probably already know this if youve had a reply from them calling you every name under the sun because you havent recieved your refund and have the audacity to ask for it. Report them 100% because the amount of files they have on these scruffs is growing daily.Its all coming crashing down on these scruffs very soon i believe.
Hi, I have been scammed £1900 by these jokers. I purchased a Ferrari 360 clutch kit. Payment from Credit Card were withdrawn immediately, then spend 10 days without any shipping info. My bank was informed as I was suspicious. Then I was emailed again and was presented with an updated shipping bill, a further £320. I requested to cancel order and they promised a full refund to show up on my credit card within 14 days.
That was the last time these scam replied back to my numerous emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.
Hopefully VISA and Police would catch them.

Scum bag company. Like other reviews state. They take your money and hide. There registered office there is no one there. But they exist on eBay and deliver goods. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEN. AVOID!
They take your money, obfuscate international shipping charges (gbp5) and then after a month they send an invoice for drastically larger shipping charges, and proceed to NOT send the parts. Emails go unanswered, and their phone is not answered either. Total scammers. Don’t buy from these idiots.
Not a legitimate company. Just try calling their customer service telephone number. They never answer, send extremely rude emails hoping for their victims to give up! Well I didn't and got my money back... weeks of pain although.

I have also had a bad experience with this company. They take your money and hide and even have the cheek to charge you extra for the delivery without ever having any intention of dispatching order. They will not answer any phone calls still using covid as the excuse and they will ignore your emails. You will have to find your own way of getting your money back as they will not refund you, although they will agree to. This company should be closed down, its incredible the powers that be allow this to happen again and again. Do yourselves a favour and take these reviews seriously. Avoid this company!
I too have had a bad experience with this company. They take your money and hide. They will give you false delivery dates and charge extra for delivery without ever intending to dispatch your order. They don't answer phone calls still using covid as the excuse and they will ignore your emails. You will have to find your own way to be refunded because supertweaks will not give you your money back although they do agree to. Avoid this company!
Purchased a bonnet from Supertweaks.com for just under 600GBP. Clearly was never going to arrive, as per other’s experience, even though it was apparently initially in stock and due to be sent imminently. Can’t ever get them on the phone (Covid apparently?). Emails similarly useless. We sent Letter before Claim to address registered at Companies House (ignored) and were about to submit MCOL (Small claims) when a call to Trading Standards revealed that we might be able to get a chargeback even having paid with a debit card. Bank said yes!
Hopefully you may find the below useful, but important to mention that with respect to debt recovery advice, I have no legal training.
1. If you haven’t already bought from them…..don’t.
2. If you must buy, use credit card or PayPal.
3. Their current EBay presence seems to be safer to buy from in terms of reviews, probably because of the PayPal chargeback situation.
4. If you can’t get a refund, write to them first then use Money Claim Online. Having used it several times we have never had a case end up in court. They all paid up, including the Court charge (would have been £35 for us in this instance).
5. Depending on how much you are owed, you can also use a statutory demand to ask for money you are owed from a business. If they ignore the demand, you can then apply to a court to make them bankrupt (if you’re owed £5000 or more). Alternatively, you can ask the court to wind up (liquidate) the company if you and any other creditors are owed £750 or more. This would scare most business owners.
6. RED FLAG 1. Read their Terms and Conditions – They are weighted against you. Note the re-stocking charge that they might try to use against you if have the audacity to cancel the order that you probably have guessed by now will never arrive.
7. RED FLAG 2. They try this weird extra delivery charge thing days after sale, which there is no transparency about at point of sale. 65GBP for us.
8. RED FLAG 3. No continuity with respect to email content. Appear generic. Told bonnet in stock, to be dispatched next couple of days and then later email said our items (we’d only ordered one thing) were yet to be despatched from the factory.
9. Note that Companies House shows 2 Directors - You can find their names easily if you search Companies House), but let’s call the first Dad because I probably can't reveal his name here. Other Director is younger, with same surname as 'Dad', let's call him the son, clearly following in Dad’s illustrious footsteps, given their respective ages. Going on reviews, these 2 charmers know how to exploit their customers & appear to be getting away with it.
10. RED FLAG 4. The ‘Company’ Super Tweaks Ltd. (no. [protected]) only has 2 employees, so all those emails purporting to be from other names are probably coming from Dad and sonny boy. Look at the sheer number of companies these guys are involved with, most still active, all same type of businesses.
11. Trading standards will want to hear about their very dubious ‘business’ practices.
12. Do write a review to warn others.
13. RED FLAG 5. Other than Companies House they are very careful to have no online presence.
14. THIS IS IMPORTANT – You can also report them to Companies House. If you think a company and its directors are committing fraud, running scams, owes you money or is causing harm to its customers.
15. Directors can be struck off and disqualified from running a company if there is good reason.
16. People like these scammers need to be shut down. It is not enough to write a poor review and just give up and resign yourself to having lost money. They need to be stopped and so at the very least, give Trading Standards a call too.
17. See their lousy reviews alleging scams/fraud for some of their other companies too - tweakedautomotive.com, incarnav.com etc. + others + current and old EBAY sites.
18. Absolutely vital that if you are not in the UK you avoid business with these 2 guys and their various companies/sites. You have even less protection if you are not in the UK. You may as well kiss your money goodbye.
19. Do a proper review search on Google, beyond just Trustpilot. This site & others review sites show consistently bad reviews, not tempered by any positive ones at all.
20. Be suspicious of any so-called genuine reviews that seem to immediately follow any negative reviews on some sites, unless they have been verified by proof of purchase. They are probably 'paid' for reviews.

Further warning to anyone negatively reviewing this lovely pair - Expect them to search you out online in revenge! Almost my review went live on one site they left a poisonous, fake, and libellous review for our business (which they've obv. not used) on Trustpilot. Pathetic people.
Wow , had exactly same experience with these thieves . They have left numerous fake libellous reviews daily on many sites even creating profiles on some as of it was my company then leaving fake reviews under another fake name . Reported to police for threats to kill as had threats via email . All this because I ordered a spare wheel cover that they never sent and never refunded money . I would pay to see these in jail

Dont buy from this company its a scam! They advert products dont have available. Then they tell you gonna send a refund that never did. Ignore emails and phones not unswer! Dont trust this scammers they are [censored]ter! 2 months and never get my refund what we agree on email.
Listed parts as genuine range rover sport but they are actually £5 of wish as they're fake. Phone number is a waste of time as its an automated system telling you to email them, they don't respond to emails. Scammers.
I have ordered carbon fiber part for my Porsche 911 one year ago and till date they have not shipped the part. Initially, they responded to my email and advised that there is delay due to covid but now they are not even responding to my emails and you cant reach them via telephone calls...a total rip off
Complete Scammers. They end parts that do not fit and then refuse returns and refund. Luckily my credit card company refunded me.

I ordered two parts and they sent me one of them, when I chased the second part they sent me the tracking number for the first part and said that it had be sent, they are liars! Now they will not answer my emails so I will take them to small claims court in the UK, they probably already have lots of judgements against them so it might be a waste of time. Avoid!

I too agree with these comments. With my order, some parts were missing and some were so poor I had to bin them. Their attitude in response to my queries was dismissive and rude.

I would agree with this complaint. I found a similar problem with abusive emails and threats once you question where parts are. Buyer beware.
