Sunset Court Gold Coast review: Scammed my money!

Booked a weekend away at sunset court gold coast, on booking.com

Decided to go there and collect the keys, was waiting for owner come downstairs and give us the keys, we then contacted the owner again he was disrespectful, and rude, the hotel was also in filthy condition bugs in the pool, spiders and mould all over curtains we noticed while waiting for our keys. I then regretted to stay at this motel as they were speaking rude on the phone and body shaming me, and was unsafe environment for my two little children. I contacted booking.com and they unfortunately can't do anything as the owner won't approve it. I have lost $500 which is a big deal for a little family especially with a medical baby.
