I ordered some beautiful hair clips for Christmas gifts (six or seven) from Summer Bright about November 21, 2022. The cost was $77.03 which was taken immediately out of my account. I cannot get in touch with them, and I found out yesterday that this Company is from the UK. It said something about a Domain Administrator handling their business. These were Rhinestone Double Flower Hair Clips, all tannish in color. I have very little on an address but here is what I have: Aberdeen Ave. UK, #[protected], Ref: 28774. I have another one: Supic Company Limited; 297 Totten Court Road; London W1T4TQ; United Kingdom; Company Number:[protected]. The e-mail I have for them is: [protected]@summer-bright.com.

Desired outcome: If not, I would like a full refund put back in my bank account used with my debit card. I want the product, or my money back.

I ordered (1) pair of hair clippers from SummerBrights on December 3, 2022 and paid extra for an earlier delivery date. As of today's date, no delivery of hair clippers. I sent an email to the company and after several days of email being sent. I received the following reply from the company. "We feel terribly sorry for keeping you waiting for a long time. We urged the shipping company. They said that your parcel is on the way without any problem, and there will be update soon.

Due to the COVID-19, delay is inevitable, please kindly give it a little bit more time."
