I was really excited to buy some stationery items for my friend's birthday from Stationery Pal. However, I was disappointed to find out that one of the items I wanted was out of stock. I still decided to make the purchase, hoping that the item would be restocked soon. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the item was out of stock until a week later when I reached out to the customer service team.

I was really upset that I had to chase them up with three emails before I received a response. It was a very bad experience for me, especially since I was in a rush to send the items to my friend. I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow customers to make a purchase when an item is out of stock. It's just a waste of time and money for everyone involved.

Despite this negative experience, I have to say that the other items I received were of good quality and my friend loved them. I just wish that Stationery Pal had been more transparent about the out of stock item and had communicated with me in a timely manner. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

So, I decided to give Stationery Pal a try and placed an order with them in the end of April 2022. I was really excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, it was delivered to an address in CA, even though I live in WA. I was really disappointed and immediately sent an email to their customer service team with the confirmation emails and confirmation of delivery to the wrong address.

I waited for a week to hear back from them, but I didn't receive any response. So, I decided to follow up with them again, and after further prompting, they finally responded. However, their response was not what I was hoping for. They told me that I needed to wait for 15 business days before they could do anything about it.

I was really frustrated with their response because it was not my fault that my order was delivered to the wrong address. I had provided them with the correct address, and they still managed to mess it up. I decided to wait for the 15 business days, hoping that they would resolve the issue.

However, it's now July, and I still haven't received any response from them. I have no idea what's going on with my order, and I'm really disappointed with their customer service. I spent $100 on my order, and I haven't received anything. It's really frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to trust Stationery Pal.

In conclusion, my experience with Stationery Pal has been really disappointing. Their customer service is not reliable, and they don't seem to care about their customers. I would advise anyone to stay away from them and find a more trustworthy stationery supplier.

Based on my experience, it seems like they're not interested in helping you out if something goes wrong. And if you look at other reviews online, you'll see that I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them.

Overall, I think it's really important for companies to prioritize good customer service. It's what keeps customers coming back and helps build a loyal customer base. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Stationery Pal understands that. If they continue to act this way, I don't think they'll be around for much longer.
