The former and new supervisor is picking their favorites and lying to employees/independent contractors about available work, and also telling jobsites that hired that worker the employee called off or wasn't interested in working when employee was readily available. The jobsite that requested employee has constantly mentioned to have same repeated worker return.
Also discriminating against employees based on preference, age, sex, and race. It has been normalized to remove repeat workers requested by jobsites off of a ticket in favor of other so called designated employees. The excuse is if you show up on time or missed day you lose completely on that jobsite. Some employees have shown up weeks after missing work and still got a gig for hire that day. Supervisor avoids giving reputable employee a raise after employee/independent contractor has shown proof and received good remarks from jobsite and has requested on numerous occasions that work is quality
Desired outcome: Monetary damages for loss of income
This company will take you off job return you to it with less pay . Just change pay . I guess due to bad choices I'm management hitting monthly numbers they just skim the pay .
This company is very shady . Harris Ventures should watch Huntsville office .it's a matter of morals and ethics.
