Don't do business with them, the owner David Snyder, will convince you he's a genius. Hire him and you will pay dearly, extra charges will come up every time he needs money. In the end you will find he has transferred domain registration to his name and you don't own any codes or even your domain. You will be his hostage forever - your site will only operate as long as he hosts and maintains it - if you ever want to transfer to a different server you must pay him for your website and domain name AGAIN.
He and his wife Jency have been running this "business" for a very long time. They have been involved in at least a couple of domain disputes with WIPO and have been made to return domains back to its owners. Clearly they are old hands at this game they play. They have a bad reputation in California where they are originally from.
The worst part is after you pay them your money to build a site that ultimately is not yours, the site they build is terrible, full of issues, which they will charge you to fix.
I learned the hard and expensive way that they do not know what they are doing. Hope this helps anyone considering hiring them for anything.
The company did everything to try to resolve the issue, but after several attempts to contact the complainant, no answer has been received. Therefore the complaint is declared to be untrue.
Ripped our local business off in Makawao, Maui as well. They are total scammers. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE

They scammed me in their new illegal operation of a bed & breakfast in Paia (not permitted or legal in Maui County) - Blue Tile Beach House. They charged me $600+ after only staying 1 night. Funny to see that when you Google David & Jency Snyder there are several "Scamming" reviews for them for the B&B as well as this website business. Seems if you only have 1 review like this it could be a fluke, but multiple proves they must be the real deal in regards to taking advantage of people. Wow.
Despite numerous warnings about David Snyder and Spins Unlimited, I foolishly allowed him to re-configure our company website to be mobile device compatible. His "team" was unable to retrieve the original high definition pictures from my original site before he "commandeered" my Domain Name. Rather than redirecting my URL, he went to my domain name registrar and changed my account, contact, etc. making it more difficult to regain my domain name. After almost $10, 000 paid, I have a website that states " site closed due to non payment". He has jeopardized my company and future business. Our last phone call he threatened to "shove my website up my ###" ...a bit unprofessional. I will be seeking legal counsel and filing with the BBB.
