Spencer’s review: Service of the people who work there

On September 3rd at 6 pm I believe there was 2 workers working and one person that works there but was not on the clock and decided to come in . I walked in with my brother my boyfriend and his little brother everything was fine they were nice one of the white guys that’s balding was complaining about a customer coming in and “[censored]ing” at him and he explained what happened I didn’t care I just wanted my stuff ring up so I listened he then proceeded to ask me do I smoke I said yes then he asked for smoke spots which I didn’t answer. pretty much explained his whole life to me and priorer to that he had commented on my lingerie which kinda made me uncomfortable just because u didn’t have to say anything about it like “if I was a girl I would wear that” and said yea that looks good 2 times to me he was coming off flirty which was just weird based on the setting of Spencer’s lol Buh it was fine didn’t say anything. Now my brother was ringing up and they have the t-shirt cards that you punch in when u get a shirt well I had I think 3 left until I got a free one mind you it is my card that I got a while ago so my boyfriend little brother used it for his one shirt then my brother also used it for his one shirt he decided to give me a free one so I could get a free shirt (not policy but whatever it’s a free shirt) so then my he told me and my brother to go pick out shirts which was weird he told both of us too so I went to look my brother was faster at looking for a shirt then me and he went to the counter put it down and I was still getting mine I walked up and as he was putting my brother free shirt in the bag I asked is that the only free shirt we get and he said yea that’s it and I said I thought u said both of us and he did I have 3 Witnesses I believe he looked like he was on something tbh if he can’t remember what he said and was swaying back and forth and slurring his words very familiar with it so I said okay but that’s my card that they are using I don’t understand why it matters what shirt is being rung up if it is my card with the holes being punched out so we all walked out an I decided to go back in and I understand that if someone comes at you you are going to be nasty so I went in there and I was being as nice as possibly because I also work with people and I understand if u want to be treated a certain way then u have to act that way aswell so I said “I don’t appreciate how u did that to my brother when I told him to put the shirt back and to get the other one I don’t understand why it matters “ and they all 3 mind you 2 was working but all 3 of them ganged up on me and I was completely shut down by it because everyone was not hearing me out and just didn’t care when none of them were at the register when it happened and they don’t know what he said and it was a white girl and a brown skin short guy and the females said u got ur stuff now leave and the one guy that did it was just standing there then the brown skin guy said “it’s policy ma’am” and I just wanna know where is policy from the jump. It’s policy when it comes down to it because there is an issue and honestly it made me heated to where I don’t ever want to give that Spencer’s my business again
