I bought a Rayban Sunglass from Florence, Italy last year. I bought the sunglass from Solaris Italia and while buying they offered me a warranty of 1 year for any problems. They insisted me to buy the warranty and told me that they would send the parts even in India because the warranty was international. I paid 15 Euros extra for that. But in January, I had a problem in my Sunglass and I emailed them regarding the parts. First they told me that they will send it soon and then after one month I again emailed them. After that they told me that the have already sent the parts. I again waited for it but I did not receive the parts. After that they told that they are not able to get the parts and it will take time. They lied again because earlier they told that they have sent the parts. Again I waited and finally in May they said that they do not have the parts and were ready to refund my warranty amount. But this was not fair because while buying they promised me to provide the service. Now they cannot just refuse and the I asked them to refund my entire money. The girl called Alessia told me that they are going to refund me the entire amount in May. They did not reply for a month and again they said that we cannot refund you anything. So, I wasted my 6 months and did not get any service. These people kept on lying and finally did not turn up. Since, I am in India I do not know what should I do with these fraud people. Please help me how to teach these fraud people a lesson.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I am in a worse position than the other guys here since the email written on the warranty leaflet is not Valid. The warranty claim email that i sent came back as delivery failure.
Solaris I hope you are honest about this guarantee, you are messing with the wrong guy here!
Im ready to pursue this legally if it turns out you are cheating people.
