I bought a Hyundai Tucson on the 8th February 2022 from SNL Motors and they took it for service at Quality Fitment Centre before I received it from them. I've been driving the car since then till the 23rd May when I heard the noise coming from the front. I then took the car to Hyundai knowing exactly that it's under warranty according to Manufacturer's specs and I signed for the diagnosis and stripping so that they can work on the car. They stripped the car and found the aftermarket oil filter, incorrect oil used on the car and low oil of about 2 litre on the sump and that caused the bearing knock. Hyundai said to me that they won't fix the car due to that. They adviced me to go back to SNL Motors to report the matter. SNL Motors response was that I made a mistake by taking my car to Hyundai without talking to them and for that they're not going to assist me until I pay Hyundai for stripping and reassembling and then take the car to them to work on it.

Desired outcome: I want SNL Motors to pay for the damages to get my car fixed with Hyundai.
