Snappy Snap review: Your chief supervisor I believed in the reading shop.

To day I miss Kathleen callender had went to the snappy snap shop because I had some photo's there which I needed to pick up.

I taken them to the shop last year September 2021 with the children who had lost there mother.

Fast forward I walked into your business and asked about the photo's the children wanted due to the lost of there mum

The staff which served I miss Kathleen callender had brought up two frame to see which one I needed.

I choose what I were offered so once the photos are assembled in the frame I will pick up on the 29th March 2022 at the shop with my trolley, reason for this Is due to a big major operation which occurred emergency. I am not allowed to carry items that are heavy.

However your chief engineer or staff done something that shock me.

He called me or demand me back at the shop.

While there I am speaking with him.

All a sudden your head of the shop started disrespect I miss Kathleen callender. He then turned to me as an Asian customer came in the snappy snap shop and said your photos been here since last year September if want I could of tear it up with that I told you should off any however Just as I were getting my phone to make contact payment, this chief Manger of snappy snap destory the pictures right in front of the customer looking at the Asian customer.

With this the chef or engineer manger became strong in himself that he allow the customer to be involved in agreement.

Please can this be sorted, not one of the staff

Due to the death of there mum.

I look forward of your cooperation and correspondence in this matter. this photo as I mentioned was the blue print.

This has left me shock and distressed.

Mother days tomorrow and he destroyed these children picture.

I will go feature with this matter. I was racial discriminated against because I stood up and spoken respectfully and your boos or Manger was not having it. he them process to say he call the police.

I told him I will wait.

After coming to this shop for years would never be expecting such behaviour from a shop and to allow others of the shop to take part in the conversations which was been handle calmly and repectablelly from my side.

Last year September when the Gypsies came into this store and staff was fearful due to the Gypsies pulling apart electrical item off the back of printing machines it was I miss Kathleen callender who spoken out and asked the nicely to stop.

Not one of your staff moved or spoken out against what were happening in this shop.

But I have be disappointed of the behaviour. Of your Manger. he I'd racial discriminated

And feel isolated because he knew what he done.

And realised it. But sided with the customer who didn't no what was be said or done.
