Smart Style Inside Walmart review: Perm

So on 6/25/22, I went in for a perm and I have thin hair so I have had perms before and never had any problems, they left the product on for about 45 mins when with a perm it is only suppose to be 25 to 30 mins, the hair stylest was manger on site that day and she kept dealing with other customers and went outside 2 time for a smoke this is very unperfessional after about 47 mins she had someone else wash my hair out and put the nuterizer in and left me in the wash sink for about 15 mins and after she finally came back to me she washed the product out and then be again to cusdt big sections of my hair out she fryed my hair right before my wedding, and she charged me 58 plus 20 for this also shge said just come back tuesday and I will cut again to even it and a deep conditon treat and thats going to be another 28 dollars I dont have that kind opf money just laying around they refuse to give me a refund I want my money back
