Smart Fares review: Airline tickets

Smart Fares frequently charged me $400 to change an airline ticket within 2 hours of original reservation.

Their representative, "Gilbert" was pressing me to make the reservation. Gilbert told me 3 times I could cancel within 24 hours.

Believing with Gilbert told me, I found a better flight and reserved that flight for the same days also with Smart Fares within 2 hours of original reservation

I followed the Cancellation instruction on Smart Fares website within 2 hours.
