Stuart Easey, the manager of the above business, introduce himself to us to build our extension ( double storey side and back) . we agreed about the price and changing the boiler system completely . He managed to change our boiler which is cost us £7000 and payment completed and cleared but he didn't give us the wireless control which was the part of our boiler system and we paid in full . He promised us to bring it to us end of the job as he was sure the building will be finish before Christmas. One week before Christmas they work so slow the collected all their things and assure us to come back after new year and finish the job. Our house stayed in horrible mess during Christmas and New Year (2016). He disappeared . He didn't come back Not after Christmas Not after New year Not after Easter, All our phone and messages ignored .He didn't bring us the part of our boiler system as well which we paid him in full. once he messaged us that he will come next week, at the moment after eight months no sign of him. He did very rough job for pipes and drainage which affected our next door neighbour house . We paid again to solve the mess job he did . Actually we paid extra to fix everything again. I wont recommend this building company at all, stay away
