Last year I went to Belgium on vacation. I took out an insurance from this company as a compulsory health insurance.
In Belgium, my daughter and I got sick and we got malaria.
We had to stay in the hospital.
However, on the way back, the insurance company did not pay the hospital bills.
As an excuse, they said malaria is a contagious disease and this is written in your policy. Malaria is not a contagious disease.
But they still haven't paid. They did not respond to our request for an official letter.
The hospital is waiting for my payment from the insurance company.
This insurance company doesn't pay when there is a problem.
For your information.
